Return Policy

We want you to be 100% pleased with your jewelry purchase. However, if you are not, and would prefer an exchange or refund, return your item within 15 days of delivery receipt for a full refund*.

We accept returns for refunds or exchanges on most items, except on items that have been worn, altered or damaged (excluding damages cause during shipping).

What if my item was damaged during shipping?
If the item was destroyed during shipping, it must be returned within 7 days of delivery receipt. Once we receive the damaged item(s), we will ship you the same item via USPS at no additional cost.

How do I return something?
1) Please click here to contact customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so that we know to expect your return. Please make sure to include your order number, bill to name, item(s) you wish to return and reason for return.

2) After you receive your RMA (usually within 2 business days) via email, print out and complete the RMA and include it with the item(s) you are returning.

3) Return the item(s) via parcel post or any other preferred method to:
